Inbound UK Telephone Numbers
Non-Geographic
Our Non-Geographic number system uses intelligent number routing mapping to
allow businesses the option of routing calls
to multiple locations based on a number of factors such as location the call is
originating from, as well as delivering voicemail,
fax and many of our other included advanced features.
Non-Geographic numbers are just that, the number is not attached to a
geographical location in the United Kingdom, instead
the numbers are exactly what is says on the tin. Many businesses these
days choose these options for a whole variety of reasons
mainly because the company has a national presence and doesn't want to be tied
to a specific area. However many smaller local
businesses use these numbers too.
As our system runs on intelligent number mapping, we are able to route calls to
various locations based on a wide range of
factors. If you have multiple branches/offices and want to publish just one
number then these are ideal. We can even route
the local callers to the local office. How this works is our technical wizardry.
Callers from the South East can be routed to
one office, whilst callers from the North can be routed to your Northern branch
and callers from Scotland to your Scottish
office. We can even customise this even further, so if your Scottish office is
extremely busy, and your Southern office has
available agents, the system can automatically detect this and re-route the call
so your customers aren't impatiently waiting
in a call queue.
As with all of our Inbound Telephone Numbers, these can be mapped
directly to your IP-PBX or your current system.
If you would like to know more, drop us a line and we will be happy to discuss
the options available to your business
without the need to upset your bank manager.
